Create your Own Role

Many of our individual volunteers have specialized skills, creative ideas and a strong desire to serve the DI in a deeply authentic way. There are many diverse needs in the all areas of our agency. Usually, we can find a specialized volunteer role to match specific skills and interests. When we can’t, our creativity – and yours,  kicks in! We are open to collaborating with you in creating a unique volunteer role, or a special event that meets your needs and those of our clients. Description	Create your own project (groups or individuals). Feel free to use your imagination!
Duties and Responsibilities	To be determined by the Volunteer Coordinators based on activity. Please contact either coordinator to talk about your idea.
Locations	Dependant on nature of activity.
Training and Supervision	A staff member or one of the Volunteer Coordinators will assist the group pending on the project
