For Rob the DI is…

I see the DI as a welcoming place with open arms. We are the DI family, where everyone is accepted and will be welcomed with a smile.

As I enter the DI each day I often hear the song in my head:

Sometimes you want to go
Where everybody knows your name,
And they’re always glad you came;
You want to be where you can see,
Our troubles are all the same;
You want to be where everybody knows your name.

The DI is a place where I can listen, learn and inspire.
