A safe place. The DI medical centre is very helpful; they help get people off drugs. Drugs are a plea for help. The DI helps.

Some of the comments regarding Greg were:

“Robert M. lost most of his sight several months ago. Greg B. took it upon himself to be a constant companion to Robert. Although this may not be directly related to volunteering for the DI, I believe his actions are honourable considering the sometimes predatory nature in the centre”

“Greg has taken care of Robert M. ever since Robert lost his sight. Greg has helped Robert with daily activities such as getting dressed and making Roberts bed. Also helping Robert outside for smokes and taking walks to get fresh air when the weather is nice. Greg has shown myself and others what it is to be a true friend.”
